Privacy Policy
Last updated: November 6, 2026. ReelMinder is provided by LONGLINE LABS LLC ("we").
What we collect
- Account details: names and email addresses of the people on your team, and your company name and time zone.
- If you sign in with a Longline Labs account, that account service tells us your name, your email address, that the address is verified, and an identifier for your account. Nothing else; we never see its password. The account service is LONGLINE LABS LLC's own, with its own Privacy Policy at account.longlinelabs.com.
- What you enter: associations (names, optional addresses and notes) and deadlines (names, dates, notes, history).
- Billing details, handled by Stripe. We never see or store full card numbers.
- Basic technical records, like when emails were sent and whether they bounced.
- Network (IP) addresses of sign-ups, failed sign-ins, and password-reset requests, to stop password guessing and spam sign-ups. We delete them after two days.
How we use it
Only to run ReelMinder: showing your deadlines, sending your Monday email and the few account emails (confirming your email, invites, password resets, trial and billing notices), and billing. We don't sell your data, and we don't use it for advertising. We don't email board members, vendors, or anyone outside your team. We don't track whether you open our emails or click their links.
Who helps us
We use a small number of service providers: Supabase (database and logins), Postmark (email delivery), Stripe (payments), Vercel (hosting), and Cloudflare (our web address, a security check on the sign-up page, and forwarding emails sent to our support address). They process data only to provide their services to us.
Cookies
We use only the cookies ReelMinder needs to work: one that keeps you signed in, and a short-lived one used while you reset your password. Your browser also remembers your light or dark theme choice, on this device only. We don't use advertising or tracking cookies, or outside analytics.
How long we keep it
While your account is active. If a trial or plan ends, we keep the data for 30 days, then permanently delete it. You can download your data anytime from Settings.
Your choices and rights
You can update your name and email preferences in Settings, turn off the "All clear" email, and download your data at any time. You can also ask us for a copy of your personal information, to correct it, or to delete it (including deleting your account sooner) by writing to support@reelminders.com. Some states give their residents these rights by law; we honor them for everyone, and we reply within 30 days.
Security
Each company's data is kept separate, connections are encrypted, and access is limited to the people on your team.
Children
ReelMinder is a business tool for management companies. It isn't meant for children, and we don't knowingly collect their information.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy in a way that matters, we'll update the date at the top of this page and tell account owners before the change takes effect.
